Cunningham

Sept, 2005 - David Cunningham - dcu81754@big.pond.net.au

G'day Gordon,

My name is David Cunningham.  I lived in Baillieston for some years before coming to Australia.  My ancestors came from Shettleston.  I believe some of them played in the brass or silver band there.  My father played as a big drummer in the Baillieston band, also the Bargeddie and Cuilhill Flute Band.  I would like to know if you have any more information?

Also, if possible, any information on the old railway steam engine sheds at Parkhead, opposite Beardmore's Forge and Duke St.

Regards,

David Cunningham, Sydney, Australia
